Yes, Northcoast Promotions encourages all exhibitors to follow state and county guidelines for your business and the types of products you sell. Learn what you need to do by reading this article at the State of Ohio. 


Each of our shows has specific setup times based on the restrictions of our site partners. Oftentimes they have other events happening before and after ours, so we make a point to carve out ample time to the day before or the morning of the show for exhibitors to setup. Please refer to our Exhibitor Information page to learn more. 


At Northcoast Promotions, people's health and safety come first. If you are too sick to work or have tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please make arrangements for someone else to man your booth for you or stay at home out of respect to the public and the other vendors. Please contact us as soon as you know you are not well, and we will work with you to come up with reasonable accommodations.
