Linda Hupert – Planet Egg

Washi eggs are made from delicate beautifully patterned decorative paper that traditionally is used for many Japanese crafts. A Washi egg is a hollowed-out egg covered with the paper. The practice of using Washi paper to decorate eggs is a relatively new one that originated in Okinawa in the last 15 to 20 year.  In this class we will have the opportunity to make one Washi eggs.  Eggs and paper will be provided along with instructions.  Also each student will get additional paper to take home to make 2 additional eggs.  Cost of class which includes all materials $10.00.  Class length is approximately one hour.  Want to pre-register?  Contact me at
