Dates Set Up Times Show Times Tear Down
Thursday 9 pm – 11 pm
Friday 10 am – 9 pm
Friday/Saturday 10 am – 9 pm 9 pm – 11 pm
1. This event is open & free to the public to attend.
2. Commercial & handmade items will be offered for sale.
3. Rescue Shelters and other animal groups are welcome (see non-profit application).
4. 50 booths are being sought for this event.
Submission
5. Exhibitors should submit as follows:
1. Submit at least 3 images on CD ROM, slides or photos with 2 images of work, and one of booth set up, or
2. A catalog of merchandise offered for sale.
3. Enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope with enough postage to return materials submitted for notification.
4. Exhibitors who enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope with enough postage to return materials submitted will receive notification of status with the show, flyers & maps to this event.
5. Applicants will be notified no later than June 1, 2009 of their status with this event.
Payments
6. Refunds or show credits will not be granted once accepted into this show.
7. The City of Parma will require you to hold a temporary license for the event. Your fees to the city are included in your application costs. Northcoast will obtain the license on your behalf.
Taxes & Insurance
8. Sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
9. Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring the necessary insurance for damage and theft.
Displays
10. Exhibitors are to display in a professional manner.
11. Displays may not exceed 6’ in height or block any mall tenant.
12. No hand written signs.
13. Exhibitors should provide appropriate boxes/bags for customers to carry purchases.
14. Exhibitors are asked to keep their area clean of debris.
Tear Down
15. Exhibitors are responsible for removing unsold merchandise, tents & displays at the close of business on Saturday, June 27, 2010.
16. All booths are to stay intact until 9:00 pm. on Saturday evening.
17. Any exhibitor who packs up early will not be invited back to Northcoast Promotions events.
Notices
18. RMS Investment Corporation, Parmatown Mall LLC, Northcoast Promotions, Inc their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives and Northcoast Promotions, Inc., their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of vendors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.
