Non-profit groups may hand out information/brochures/business cards/etc. in regards to their organization. Non-profit groups may hold a raffle to raise money for their organizations. If items are being sold, a cost is incurred. Groups must bring their own tables & chairs. Additional displays & props may be used. No displays over 6’ in height.

Dates Set Up Times Show Times Tear Down
Thursday 9 pm – 11 pm
Friday 7 am – 9:30 am 10 am – 9 pm
Friday/Saturday 10 am – 9 pm 9 pm – 11 pm
1. This event is open & free to the public to attend.
2. Rescue Shelters and other animal groups are welcome.
3. 50 booths are being sought for this event.
4. No costs are incurred for non-profit organizations that are handing out information or holding raffles to raise money for their groups.

Submission
Applicants will be notified as they arrive as to their status with this event. Applications should arrive no later than June 1, 2009, or until the non-profit spaces are filled.
Payments
6. No costs involved with this event for non-profit organizations.
Insurance
7. Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring the necessary insurance for damage and theft.
Displays
8. Exhibitors are to display in a professional manner.
9. Non-profit organizations not being charged for the event must provide their own tables, covered on all four sides to the floor.
10. Displays may not exceed 6’ in height or block any mall tenant.
11. No hand written signs.
12. Exhibitors should provide appropriate boxes/bags for customers to carry information.
13. Exhibitors are asked to keep their area clean of debris.
Tear Down
14. Exhibitors are responsible for removing unsold merchandise, tents & displays at the close of business on Saturday, June 27, 2009.
15. All booths are to stay intact until 9:00 pm. on Saturday evening.
16. Any exhibitor who packs up early will not be invited back to Northcoast Promotions events.
Notices
17. RMS Investment Corporation, Parmatown Mall LLC, Northcoast Promotions, Inc their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives, their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of vendors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.
