EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE BRUNSWICK SHOWS

Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

1. The Brunswick Kiwanis Club has rented this space for the purpose of running a handmade craft show. Northcoast Promotions (NPI) is working with the Kiwanis Club on this event to secure exhibitors to participate in this event. All exhibitors’ correspondence, written or verbal must pass through Northcoast Promotions, Inc. in regards to this show. Members of Brunswick Kiwanis Club or the Brunswick Recreation Center will refer you back to us with any questions you may have.
2. NPI will be present before, during, and after this event.
3. Northcoast Promotions, Inc., their staff, agents, representatives, volunteers, The Brunswick Kiwanis Club their staff, agents, representatives and volunteers and the City of Brunswick & their staff, agents, representatives and volunteers will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of exhibitors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.
Qualification
4. This show is a handmade show. NPI requests pictures of your craft or art firm to ensure the quality of this show.
5. Exhibitors must submit photographs or catalogs of their craft. Photographs may range in size from 3” x 5” to 8” x 10”. Photographs may also be submitted via e-mail to northcoastpromo@hotmail.com. Submitted photographs will remain on file with us for future reference.
6. Northcoast Promotions and the Brunswick Kiwanis Club has the right to accept or deny any crafter they feel will, or will not, add to the overall quality of this show.
7. Any contracts submitted without photos or catalogs will be returned.
8. Exhibitors will not be considered accepted into the show until they receive their confirmation letter or telephone call.
9. Tables will be sold until March 1st for the Spring Show & November 15, 2010, for the fall show or until the shows are sold out. Applications received after these dates are subject to a $5.00 handling fees.
10. Northcoast Promotions cannot hold tables or spaces without payment.
11. Refunds or show credits will not be granted once your application has been accepted.
Crafts Displayed
12. Any crafts displayed that have not received prior approval will be subject to the promoters’ and Kiwanis Club discretion. Exhibitors displaying items not approved may be asked to put them away, or be asked to leave without refund.
13. All crafts must be in good taste. This is a family friendly event.
14. There will not be any “flea market” items at this event.
15. Your table is 6’ long & will have 2 chairs available. Additional chairs may be requested until they run out of chairs.
16. It is your responsibility to cover your table to the floor on 3 sides. You may use cloth or plastic coverings. Any color that compliments your display is acceptable.
