1.        Please direct any questions in regards to this show to Mrs. Lisa Nemeth, 216.570.8201 from Northcoast Promotions, Inc.  If you call the church, they will refer you back to her.  Please do not mail agreements to the church, but instead to the Post Office Box listed below.

2.        Exhibitor space will be determined according to (1) your medium and (2) the order in which contracts are received. To ensure diversity in this show, please be specific in the description of your craft. Every effort will be made to separate similar mediums.

3.        This show will feature both handmade crafts & very limited & select direct sales companies. 

4.        Any crafts/merchandise displayed that have not received prior approval will be subject to the craft show committee and St. Mary Magdalene Church discretion. Exhibitors displaying items not approved may be asked to put them away, or be asked to leave without refund.

5.        Exhibitors may not sell food unless stated and approved by show management. Candy /fudge are permitted.

6.        Exhibitors are asked to donate one raffle item.

7.        Agreements received that do not have pictures enclosed will be returned.

8.        Contracts will be accepted until show April  15, 2010 or until the show is sold out for the spring show & until November 1, 2010 for the Fall Show.

9.        Exhibitors will receive a confirmation letter with their exact location, a flier, and a map to this event if a self addressed, stamped envelope is enclosed with $1.25 postage. Once spaces are assigned, it is very difficult to change locations. Therefore, please be sure to indicate any special requests on the contract (see reverse side). All efforts will be made to accommodate your special requests.

10.     Refunds will not be issued once an agreement is received and accepted for any reason.

11.     Set up for this event must be complete at least fifteen minutes prior to start of event (see setup times above).

12.     This event will be advertised in a variety of media.

13.     St. Mary Magdalene Byzantine Catholic Church, their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives and Northcoast Promotions, Inc., their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of vendors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.

The Hall can hold up to 90 tables.

The Ladies of the Church will cook ethnic foods for take out or dine in.

A Fairview Park Police Officer the day of the show will direct traffic in the parking lot.
