Costs:  $150.00 per 10’x10’ area.  Artists/crafters will be supplied one 8’ covered table.  Artists/crafters may bring additional tables, chairs, and all other props to display in a professional manner within their space.   No displays over 6’ in height.

December 17-19, 2010      

               

1.      This event is open & free to the public to attend.

2.      All work shown or offered for sale must be made by the person or representative of the artist/crafter.

3.      Absolutely no buy/sell or commercial items are to be offered for sale.  Anyone found selling commercial items will be asked to put them away or may be asked to leave immediately without refund. 

4.      50+ unique artists/crafters are being sought for this event.

Submission

5.      Exhibitors are to sell only items that they have created:

1.                        Submit at least 3 images on CD ROM, e-mail or photos with 2 images of work, and one of booth set up. 

2.                        Artists/crafters who enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope with enough postage to return materials submitted will receive notification of status with the show, flyers & maps to this event.  All others will be contacted via e-mail.

3.                        Applicants will be notified no later than December 1, 2010 of their status with this event. 

Payments

6.      Refunds or show credits will not be granted once accepted into this show.

7.      The City of Parma will require you to hold a temporary license for the event.  Your fees to the city are included in your application costs. 

Taxes & Insurance

8.      Sales tax is the responsibility of the artist/crafter.  73/4 % is the tax rate in Cuyahoga County.

9.      Artists/crafters are responsible for acquiring the necessary insurance for damage and theft. 

Displays

10.  Exhibitors are to display in a professional manner.  One 8’ covered table & chairs will be provided.  Exhibitors may bring one additional table & professional displays. 

11.  Exhibits have a height limitation of 6’.

12.  Exhibitors should provide appropriate boxes/bags for customers to carry purchases.

13.  Exhibitors are asked to keep their area clean of debris.

Tear Down

14.  Exhibitors are responsible for removing unsold merchandise & displays at the close of business on Sunday, December 19, 2010. 

15.  All trash must be disposed of in the loading dock area or removed from the premises.

16.  All booths are to stay intact until 9:00 pm. on Saturday evening.

17.  Any exhibitor who packs up early will not be invited back to Northcoast Promotions events.

18.  RMS Investment Corporation, Parmatown Mall LLC, Northcoast Promotions, Inc their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives and Northcoast Promotions, Inc., their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of vendors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.
