Northcoast Promotions, Inc. specializes in organizing art shows, craft fairs & outdoor events.  We work with for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as host our shows.

 The Vision

Northcoast Promotions, Inc,, or NPI, was created to fill a specific need for both the organization hosting an event, and the exibitor.  NPI helps make an event run smoother by offering consistency with the shows we are involved in by making the entire experience both easier and more successful for both sides of the event.  

 
For the hosting organization, we take the pressure off the volunteers by finding qualified exhibitors, sending out agreements and confirmations, making sure the advertising is in place before the show, designing flyers for the event, assisting the organization with set up design, supervising the organization's volunteers as needed, helping the exhibitors during the entire show and acting as a liaison between the organization and the exhibitor.  We  saw the need, and we addressed it with a comprehensive range of services.
 
For the exhibitor, we offer the consistency and services you have come to expect from us.  When you book a show with NPI you know you are our main focus of a show and will be treated with the respect you deserve as a craftsperson. 

The Company
Northcoast Promotions, Inc. is staffed by professionals who are devoted to solving your questions and  problems associated with an event. We will consult with you to determine your requirements and to configure solutions that are specifically tailored for your challenges.
We've expanded our business to include this Web site so that our customers can enjoy convenient access to information, new events and ideas, as well as a place to network with others who have similar interests.
 
Company History 
 

Northcoast Promotions, Inc. began working with organizations in the Greater Cleveland area in 2004 to help organize their art shows, outdoor festival and local craft shows. 

 

That first year, we helped organize six shows.  In 2009, we had 20 individual events with the Friday with the Artist series running every Friday May-October this year at Tower City.  This brought our events to 44 shows that year. 


In 2010, when counting our weekly events individually, we have grown to 95 events for the year!  We have other events still pending and are still growing.

 

Our events vary from one day shows, to week long events.  To participate in our shows as an exhibitor, participation fees range from $20.00 to $300.00, depending upon the show.

 

To our customers, most of our events are free and open to the public.  Sometimes events hosted by another organization will have admittance fees attached.  Please inquire if you have any questions.  As a customer, feel free to contact us for a listing of participants for a particular show ahead of time, or if you are looking for an exhibitor from one of our past shows, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to pass your contact information along to the exhibitor to contact you directly. 

 

For our exhibitors before an event, we will be available to answer any questions you may have.  We will send you the agreement, confirmations, maps, flyers etc.  On the day(s) of the event, our trained staff is on hand from set up through tear down to assist you. 

 

Some of our craft shows are handmade only, others are open to home party consultants. 

 

For our art shows, the concepts and execution must be original work, no kits.
